This mostly ALR land is located in the popular farming location of Turtle Valley less than one hour from Kamloops and just outside the town of Chase. These properties are comprised of 2 parcels: the main777 Squilax-Turtle Valley Road parcel which is 162 acres and an adjacent smaller .82 acre corner parcel which is the NE 1/4 of the 1/4.
