The park is located 20 km south of Quesnel in the small community of Kersley on the corner of Edwards Rd and Arnoldus Road. On one side of the street is the Kersley Elementary School and across the other street is the ice arena community hall. Just down the street is the local fire hall. All mobiles re owned by the tenants. Rents are collected by postdated checks, e-transfer and a few cy cash. Water is form a well 50'-60' deep with adequate supply. A new well pump, pressure tank and filtration system were installed September 2022. Electric is 60 amp service. There are also two shops on site, 16'x24 and 16'x12'. (id:27476)
